The whole process.
Nothing hidden.
Most matching sites explain step one and go quiet about the rest. Here's all of it: what we ask, where your information goes, and how you stay in control the entire time.
Three steps, honestly described.
You tell us once
A short form about what you need: the loan, your rough numbers, your timeline, and how to reach you. About two minutes, encrypted in transit. We never ask for your Social Security number to match you, and we never pull your credit.
Lenders compete for it
We put your request in front of a small set of participating lenders actually suited to it. Matching is selection, not a free-for-all. Your request doesn't get sprayed across the internet.
They reach out. You decide.
Matched lenders contact you to present real options. That's how you get actual numbers instead of teaser rates. Compare, negotiate, pick one, or pick nobody. You owe nothing either way.
Where your information goes.
The plain-English version. The privacy policy is the governing document; this is what it means.
What we collect
What you tell us in the form, plus standard technical data every website receives. Nothing exotic, and no purchased dossiers appended behind your back.
Who receives it
The lenders you're matched with. They're disclosed to you and drawn from a publicly listed partner network, so you always know who you could hear from.
What we never do
We don't pull your credit. We don't charge you. And we don't hand your information to data brokers or anyone outside the disclosed match.
How it's protected
Encrypted in transit, access-limited, and governed by our privacy policy, including your right to see it or delete it under California law.
We ask twice, on purpose.
When you submit a request you'll see two separate choices, not one big checkbox that means everything.
1 · Contact from your matches
You authorize your matched lenders to contact you about your request. This is the permission that makes matching work. It's disclosed, it's specific, and the lenders it covers are listed.
2 · Updates from LenderMatch
Separately and optionally, you can get updates from us by text. This permission is never sold and never shared. It stays between you and LenderMatch, full stop.
Two permissions, two purposes, kept apart. You always know exactly what you agreed to and with whom.
"Stop" works. Here's how.
Tell any lender
Ask a lender directly to stop contacting you. They're required to honor it.
One email to us
Email contact@lendermatch.io with "opt out" and we shut it down across the board.
Texts: reply STOP
Any text from us stops the moment you reply STOP. Standard, and it actually works.
Seen enough?
Then you already know more than most matching sites will tell you. Two minutes, no obligation.
